At Pixel-Count ML, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data is handled when you use our application.

1. Image Processing

When you use Pixel-Count ML, the images you submit are sent securely to our cloud services for analysis. This process happens in real-time. Once the analysis is complete, we do not store your images. They are immediately deleted from memory, ensuring no record or copy of the images remains.

2. Subscription Management

For subscription purposes, we store only your email address. This allows us to manage subscriptions, restore account details, and verify your subscription status. No other personal information is collected, stored, or shared.

3. Advertising (Free Users Only)

Free users may see advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Pixel-Count ML does not collect or share any personal data or identifiers with AdMob. However, AdMob may independently process certain information (such as IP addresses) to serve ads, as governed by Google's own Privacy Policy.

AdMob can serve both personalized and non-personalized ads. While device settings (like "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android or "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS) can reduce targeted advertising, they may not fully prevent personalized ads based on existing IP-level data.

Subscription users do not see ads and are unaffected by this process.

4. Legal Compliance

In compliance with applicable laws, we may be required to provide IP logs or other minimal information to authorities. We will only share what is legally necessary and will never include processed images or analysis results.

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

Pixel-Count ML does not share your personal data, images, or analysis results with anyone. We never save the images you provide; once our app finishes analyzing an image, it is immediately deleted. Since we don’t keep any images or results, there’s simply nothing to share with third parties.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We encourage you to review it periodically.
